The Wren features nearly 19,000SF of luxury amenities, including a rooftop pool with sundeck, a fully-equipped fitness center, a yoga studio, and various indoor and outdoor social spaces. Residents also benefit from garage parking, bike storage, a resident lounge, grilling stations, and concierge services. The building is designed to enhance both comfort and community.

Absolutely! The Wren offers a modern, two-story fitness center with a dedicated yoga studio and state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment including free weights, a squat rack, three LesMills studio bikes, one Stairmaster, four True Fitness treadmills, one Smith machine, two Octane fitness ellipticals, a leg press, a lat pulldown, and a Hoist functional trainer.

Yes. Residents enjoy access to an envy inducing rooftop pool, complete with panoramic city views.

Yes! Our property hosts quarterly events, where you will have the opportunity to connect with neighbors and engage with our broader community. Additionally, we host an annual summer celebration and a holiday gathering in December.

The Wren is proud to offer a variety of floor plans to suit every need, with layouts ranging from 373 – 1,500+ square feet, and in floor plans ranging from Studio to 3-bedroom apartments. Our floor plans are designed to maximize natural light and provide a refined, elegant living space.

Application Process

Yes. Applications are evaluated systematically and may include verification of income as well as screening for credit and rental history, including civil court records for monetary and possession judgments. Credit scores are not factored into our credit screening process. Housing voucher applicants are only screened for rental history.

Our security deposit ranges from $500 to one month's rent, depending on your credit screening. For specific questions, please contact a team member directly.
