Pet Policy

Maximum of two pets allowed. There is a non-refundable $750 up front pet fee for up to two pets. Monthly pet rent is $60 per pet. Some breed restrictions apply. Documentation and photo required. Restricted breeds include the following: Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Dobermans, Chows, Catahoulas, Great Danes, St. Bernards, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids or any hybrid of these breeds.

 

Exotic animals also prohibited. Breed documentation and photo required.
