App-Based Access

Access your community and amenity spaces with ease using the virtual key in our mobile app. You can also submit and track maintenance requests directly through the app for added convenience. Additionally, we are excited to announce that we will soon be introducing Near Frequency Communication (NFC) credentials, enabling you to use your Apple or Google Wallet for access throughout the community.

Easily manage visitors with videoCom, our video intercom system, integrated into the mobile app. View and communicate with your guests before granting them building access for added access control and convenience.
